Men's Crew Gruenberg Cup 2025
The Beach Crew competed in the Gruenberg Cup in San Diego on Saturday, competing against the University of Southern California and San Diego State, racing for 1,900 meters.
Both the varsity and novice crews maintained second place holdings throughout the entire regatta. Varsity took its eight boat out for its first race and got an official time of 6:04, two seconds behind on USC. Novice went on a four boat in the second race and clocked in at 6:49. Novices went out again in an eight boat and finished second in their race against SDSU. Varsity then ended the regatta with their final race in their four boat, finishing in 6:53.
The Beach Crew will be racing again this coming Saturday in this year's California Challenge Cup in Newport Beach.
