Men's Crew Classic 2025

The Beach Crew raced in this year's Crew Classic at San Diego, CA. Varsity were able to show how well they performed in their two 2,000 meter races.

First up in the regatta was a heat race on Saturday, March 29, with the Beach Crew going up against UCSD, UCLA, and SDSU. As the race began, the Beach were able to maintaining a consistent pace in the race. They were able to finish third in the race, with their official time being 6:34.303.

The Beach Crew wrapped up the regatta with their final B race. The crew looked clean rowing alongside the other rival schools like USC and UCI. In the race, the Beach snagged yet another third place marker in the race, while also taking over UCI during the final 300 meters of the race. The Beach's official time was 6:30.429.

Varsity have proved themselves to be showing improvement in their strength and determination and will continue to do so when the crew heads on to WIRA, next weekend, in Sacramento.
