9/11 Tribute Run

The Men's varsity crew participated in their annual 9/11 tribute run. It is a six-mile run around the boathouse with multiple significant stops. The stops include the Tibor Rubin VA Hospital and two fire stations. One fire station has a 9/11 memorial bench where the men's team paid their respects. The Team President, Andres Boppell carried the American flag throughout the run. "We gave our respects at each of the stops with a moment of silence," Boppell stated. Beach Crew engages in this tribute run every year to honor the fallen heroes of 9/11.
