We invite you to join us for the Beach Crew Alumni Association's Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM PST. This is an opportunity to share updates on our efforts to support Long Beach State Rowing, discuss our priorities moving forward, and elect members to the Board of Directors. Your involvement and continued support are essential to the Association's growth and its impact on the Beach Crew Teams, and we hope you'll join us. Please join or renew your membership to participate in the election.

Nominations & Election
All members in good standing are eligible to seek nomination, nominate themselves, or nominate another member to serve on the Board of Directors. Please submit nominations or any questions in advance to thomas.o’toole@beachcrew.org. Nominations may also be made at the commencement of the election proceedings. Nominees are invited to submit a brief candidate statement. Seven (7) Board seats are available: five (5) for two-year terms and two (2) for one-year terms. Nominees are encouraged to “THINK BIG” and let’s go after it together! All voting must be done in-person during the Virtual — Google Meet.
