To get some variety in their workouts, the Women’s Crew participated in a spin class at the CycleBar Traffic Circle.
They joined the “Wine Down Wednesday” themed workout, which trains them in different resistance intervals, also known as hills. The workout was rhythm-based and helped the crew work on their upper body strength and stamina. Novice rower, Kylie, appreciated the experience and stated, “It was really fun for everyone to do a different kind of workout, and the high-energy music made it really enjoyable.”
They plan to do more team bonding activities like this in the future.
