Recruiting Week

This past week Beach Crew recruited at multiple Long Beach State University events. We had recruiting tables and ergs at Week of Welcome, Rec Fest, and Smorgasport. Crew members encouraged students to participate in erg races and winners received a one-of-a-kind Beach Crew t-shirt. Students who were interested in joining the crew were asked for their contact information and made aware of the upcoming novice practice for both the men’s and women’s crew. The first official novice practice will begin at 6am on September 12 th with the men’s and women’s teams projected to learn how to row together.
