Training for the fall season has started for the Men’s Crew. Returning rowers and a couple of early novices have been training both on and off the water. For four days of the week, the team has practiced mostly on the water. Fridays are land days when they focus on core, weights, and aerobics. For the first week of practice, the crew was able to take two fours out for one day and an eight-boat during the other water days. Thus far the crew has mostly been working on technique and setting the boat at a steady state while on the water.
